Data Deletion

At 4AM Club, your privacy and control over your data are a top priority, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This Data Deletion Policy governs your right to request removal of your personal data and explains how 4AM Club processes such requests.

What data can be deleted

When you request data deletion, the following information will be removed from our systems:

  • Account details: name, email, phone number, and login credentials.
  • Routines & activities: all tasks, logs, proofs, and analysis linked to your account.
  • Store records: your cart, order history, reviews, and related payment details (except legally required records such as tax/transaction proofs).
  • Coach interactions: chat history, notifications, and personalized recommendations.
  • Community engagement: posts, replies, group memberships, private messages, and connection lists.

What may be retained temporarily

For legal, security, or financial compliance, we may keep certain records (e.g., completed payment receipts, fraud prevention data) for the minimum period required by law before permanent deletion.

How to request deletion

  • In-App Request: Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account.
  • Email Request: Send an email to support@4amclub.app with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  • Verification: For your security, we will verify your identity before processing the request.

Processing timeline

  • Account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of request.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Impact of deletion

  • Your account will be permanently closed.
  • All routines, history, purchases, chats, and connections will be erased.
  • Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
